SERIAL ABUSER – FRASER SMITH JAILED FOR NINE YEARS
Fraser Smith (22), of Lochgilphead, Argyll, was jailed for nine years today at the High Court in Glasgow for a catalogue of serious sexual and violent offences against three partners which occurred between 2012 and 2017.
