During the first Lockdown we introduced a fortnightly Saturday night event which hundreds of people attended online creating a lively Big Night In community. Women’s Podcast co-host Róisín Ingle brought us an entertaining hour on Zoom every fortnight with inspiring, talented women such as Amy Huberman, Marian Keyes and Emma Donoghue.
Starting tonight, the Big Night In is back to brighten up your Saturday nights as we face into a pandemic winter. From October 3rd to December 12th Róisín will host six guests: Senator Eileen Flynn, Glamour editor-in-chief Samantha Barry, writer Caitlin Moran, broadcaster Claire Byrne, former state pathologist Marie Cassidy, who is a Scot, and one special guest still to be revealed.
The Big Night In is sponsored by Green & Blacks so there will be a tasty spot prize on offer during each event.
Tickets for the Big Night In Season Two are available at €50 for the whole series of six events. The Irish Times subscribers rate is €25.
