Poverty is not gender neutral. Neither is isolation
Research shows that rural women are more vulnerable than any population on earth, bearing the brunt of climate change, facing the greatest risk of violence, and remaining cut off from the essentials of life.
Every single day, Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) flies in support of women and children in more than 25 low-income countries, securing their happy, healthy futures with hygiene supplies, medical treatment, food, shelter and more.
Today, an MAF aircraft could provide an emergency ambulance to a rural woman in labour. It could offer a safe passage to treatment for a woman surviving sexual violence. It could bring life-saving food, water, and sanitation to a household led by a woman in the aftermath of disaster.
Tomorrow, the world’s most isolated women and their families are waiting for the next MAF flight to survive.
Please make sure it reaches them.
Because no one should suffer for being isolated. Or for being her.
Make a lasting difference today
