HELENSBURGH’S ELIZABETH LAMBERT IS TOP VOLUNTEER IN ARGYLL AND BUTE

Huge congratulations to Elizabeth Lambert winner of Argyll and Bute Third Sector Interface Volunteer of the Year 2025 for the whole of Argyll & Bute – a very worthy winner who does a huge amount for Helensburgh.

Elizabeth is a fantastic volunteer with Helensburgh Community CouncilPlastic Free Helensburgh – CommunityHelensburgh Community Woodlands GroupHelensburgh Parish ChurchHelensburgh JLB TV 100 and probably lots more – apologies if we have missed anything out!

This was an inspiring event with lots of outstanding volunteers from across the whole of the region, hosted by Argyll and Bute TSI in partnership with LiveArgyllArgyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership HSCP, Argyll Community Housing Association – ACHA Group and Bòrd na Gàidhlig at Rosslea Hall Hotel in Rhu.
Congratulations to Elizabeth Lambert for winning Volunteer of the Year Award for the whole of Argyll and Bute Council What an achievement for her and the Helensburgh Community.
Congratulations poured in, of course. Gareth Hooper said: “I can’t think of anyone more deserving.
