Scottish Labour politician Pam Duncan-Glancy leads a host of Scots who have been recognised in the King’s Birthday Honours.

The Glasgow MSP becomes a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for her public and political service.

Duncan-Glancy told BBC Scotland News the award had left her feeling “overwhelmed”.

Duncan-Glancy was the first permanent wheelchair user to be elected to the Scottish Parliament in 2021 and is a tireless disability campaigner.
