West Dunbartonshire Workers Memorial Day 2026. This year’s memorial will take place on Saturday 25th April at 1pm. Speakers this year will include Cllr Jim Bollan, Ian Tasker (Scottish Hazards), Louise Adamson (Families Against Corporate Killers (FACK) and one of the ladies from WASPI, and a speaker from Clydebank Trades Union Council. We are hopeful of getting speakers from the local trade unions. I’d like to thank Cllr Jim Bollan for taking over my role this year (due to ill health). As well as all his usual help with arranging local flags at half mast, organising teas, coffee and so much else.
