Our #MotorcycleSafetyCampaign has begun running until September 27th 2026.
During the campaign our officers will be conducting patrols on key motorcycling routes across the country with a view to reducing the number of casualties on our roads and promoting safer driving and riding .
At the weekend, officers from our National Motorcycle Unit were on patrol on the A82/A83 on marked and unmarked motorcycles, stopping off at Inverary, a well known meeting point for motorcyclists.
Despite the increase in traffic, happy to report no issues were identified.
