It’s that time of year again for anyone who walks/runs/cycles in the Kilpatrick hills. We are fully into lambing season, so please obey the signs we have in place. Please keep out of fields with livestock in them, as there are pregnant ewes and newborn lambs, especially the first field after the gas station on the right-hand side. Keep your dog on a lead at all times. We would really appreciate cooperation with this.
A further reminder to be careful at this time of year came from Paul Ras: “Any dogs that are out of control, the farmer has the right to take the appropriate action. It’s just a bad time of the year; unfortunately, it happens far too often.
