The Scottish Labour leader said only Scottish Labour can win in constituencies across Scotland, remove the SNP from office, and deliver the change Scotland needs.
Mr Sarwar will say this election is now a straight fight between more SNP failure, more excuses and more managed decline, or a Scottish Labour government ready to fix the mess, get the basics right and build a better future for Scotland.
Mr Sarwar added that voters have seen the damage of 20 years of SNP government in an NHS under pressure, family budgets stretched to breaking point, young people denied opportunity and communities left behind.
The party also said Reform has tried to drag Scottish politics into the gutter with divisive and poisonous campaigning, offering smears and grievance instead of answers.
Mr Sarwar will say Scotland now has the chance to change the government in Scotland for the first time in a generation, but that only Scottish Labour can do it.
Speaking ahead of the party’s eve of poll rally, Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar said: “We have all seen the mess John Swinney and the SNP have made over those 20 years.
“Our NHS is struggling, family budgets are under pressure, and too many people feel they are paying more and getting less.
“The SNP has had 20 years, and Scotland has paid the price – give me five and together we can build a better future.
“Only Scottish Labour can win in constituencies across Scotland, beat the SNP and deliver the change Scotland needs.
“Tomorrow, Scotland faces a simple choice.
“More of the same with John Swinney and the SNP, or change with Scottish Labour.
“The poison of Reform, or a better future for our country.
“I’m standing to fix the mess, get the basics right, and build a better future for Scotland.
“So my message to voters is simple.
“Tomorrow, vote for change.
“Reject Reform. Beat the SNP. Change Scotland.
“Vote Scottish Labour.”
