See earlier story re well site discovered in Woodyard Road at Levengrove Park and this:
Jim Crosthwaite, who has been busy doing some research on this, said: “Now that they have opened up St Shears well and put a metal grid in front , we can now access the water inside, and as this card says it’s Holy Water, we might have locals going down the park to be baptised again after 15 centuries!”
