Police Scotland is appealing for information after a teenager exposed himself to members of the public in Balloch Park last night.

Around 5.50 pm on Thursday 18 April 2019 a woman and her daughter were walking near to the walled gardens in Balloch Park when they saw a young man exposing himself.

The man is described as white, between 14-18 years of age, around 5ft 10in  of slim build with dark blonde or light brown hair which was curly on the top. He was wearing a bright blue or turquoise t-shirt and a dark coloured zipped top. He was also wearing dark coloured shorts with a white logo on the left leg.

Detective Constable Thomas O’Donnell, Clydebank Police Office, said:  “This was a distressing incident for the woman and her child who were simply enjoying an evening at the park.  We have a distinctive description for this young man and will be doing everything we can to trace him. There were a number of people in the area last night, walking dogs or going for a run.

“Were you also in the park last night? Did you see anyone matching his description? We urge you to get in contact with police.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police via 101, quoting incident number 3568 of Thursday 18 April 2019. Alternatively you can contact CRIMESTOPPERS on 0800 555 111 where information can be given in confidence.
