The council’s focus will be on particularly vulnerable clients including anyone who is in threat of eviction or homeless; facing bankruptcy or eviction due to debt; have medical related issues including mental health and currently receive housing benefit or council tax claim.
More pupils are to receive free school meals during the summer holidays thanks to an initiative by West Dunbartonshire Council. Hundreds of young people across the area will benefit from free sessions which will include fun activities and lunch following a £100,000 annual investment to reduce holiday hunger.
