Adoption Week celebrates adoption in Scotland from the 16th-20th November, it is funded by the Scottish Government and managed by AFA and AUK Scotland. There is a range of activities taking place around Scotland for people interested in adopting and for adoptive families.

Of course this year is a little bit different with activities being delivered online but we will still be delivering a wide and varied programme celebrating adoption, the following events are taking place online:

Saturday 7th November @ 1pm

Sunday 15th – The Introductory event will feature a video recording of a family of prospective adopters who during assessment changed from wanting to adopt a single child to having their remit set for a sibling group.

Tuesday 17th – An event specifically about siblings – both in regards to adoption and to maintaining contact and there will be an opportunity for general discussion; https://bit.ly/31Onsaj
