Spin over substance. And ask yourself this. Both Scotland and the island of Ireland have around 5 million people and the population ratio of rural to urban is about the same as 30/70.
So why is it then that Ireland has had just over 2,200 COVID deaths whilst Scotland just over 6,800 or three times the rate? Not exactly a wonderful comparison for a First Minister who makes it a virtue to detail daily how well we are doing containing Covid. Spin, I think, spin. Pure and simple.
