Missing Person – Theo Crang (27) Dumfries/Glasgow/Balloch

Police Scotland is appealing to the public for information to help find Theo Crang, who was reported missing from Glasgow on Friday 8 January 2021.
Originally from Newton Stewart in Dumfries and Galloway, Theo was last seen about 2.30pm in Argyle Street, Glasgow. He may still be in the Glasgow area, but could also try to return home to Dumfries or travel to the Balloch area, which he knows.
He is described as white, 6ft2in (187cm) tall, of stocky build and with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a grey jacket and woolen hat, black trousers, and was carrying a large grey rucksack. He may have a small tent and sleeping bag.
Police are appealing to anyone with information so they can trace Theo safe and well.
Callum Jardine, from Newton Stewart Police Station, said: “Theo left a relative’s home unexpectedly on Friday 8 January and it’s not clear where he may have gone.
“Although he was wearing warm clothing and had travelled from Dumfries to Glasgow, it is extremely cold and his family and friends are worried that he may still be outdoors.
Those with information can contact Newton Stewart Police Station via 101, quoting incident number 2069 of 8 January.
