Freedom day at Erskine, Scotland largest Veterans Charity. For the first time in 18 months The Erskine Home, Bishopton opened the doors of its Activity Room, The Bunker, to welcome residents for an indoor concert by singing duo Simply October. Going by the smiles, laughter and clapping it was clear that the residents were having a ball. Home Manager Caroline Shotter said: “Today we are delighted to have supported our residents to gather and enjoy an inside concert, within of course the current guidelines. With each step we take forward we see the sparkle come back into our residents’ eyes. It was a joy to see their smiles and hear their laughter”.
