I was at Lyon & Turnbull’s Glasgow gallery this morning to see a new Peploe at 150 exhibition featuring some stonking paintings by the Scottish Colourist.
Five of the works, including this one, Roses and Fruit C. 1924, are for sale and four are on loan from a private collector. The gallery is on Bath Street in Glasgow city centre and open to the public.
A rare chance for the public to see these museum-standard paintings under one roof.
The exhibition runs until Friday 26 November.
