A POLICE investigation is underway after ‘Gorgeous’ George Galloway claimed his daughter was told to “get back to England” at a supermarket.

The alleged incident is said to have occurred at Tesco in Dumfries.

Galloway, a former Labour MP who failed to win  a selection contest to run for Westminster against Lord McFall in Dumbarton 1997, is now leader of the Workers Party of Britain, said his Dundee-born daughter, Lucy, was verbally abused by a “young well-dressed woman” after she “drove 500 miles to spend time and money in Scotland”.

He tweeted: “My daughter – carrying her baby! – was told to ‘get back to England, you English c***’ in your Dumfries store @Tesco at 12.50pm today.

“I have a picture of her racial abuser. I will not let this drop. I’m not that sort of father. @PoliceScotland @DumfriesGPolice @scotgov”

Police Scotland said it was aware of the incident and that inquiries are ongoing.

A Tesco spokesperson added: “We were very sorry to hear about this incident and will support inquiries in any way we can.”

  1. And so, are we to believe philanderer George that his daughter drove 500 miles to spend time and money in Scotland.

What a benevolent swank the daughter sounds driving all that way just to help Jock out by spending money in Tesco Dumfries. Maybe we should genuflect in the great women’s presence

And what would it be that caused this alleged check out aisle stushie now being anecdotally reported as a race hate crime.

Time methinks this Windbag shut his hole. Like father like daughter. Seems so.
