The Lang Crags offer superb trails overlooking the Firth of Clyde and Glasgow, with views to the Highlands as well.
We’ll run at a steady pace (approx 10 minutes per mile or 6 minutes per km) but no one will get left behind, and we’ll have breaks to re-group and take in the views.
This guided run is for those who are new to trail running or running off road but can already run 10km at a relaxed pace on roads. Check out other guided runs on offer:

Distance: 10 km (ish)
Terrain: tracks, some boggy.
How much elevation: this run involves some uphill sections which can be walked.
What to bring:
- Trail running shoes – essential as the trails get slippery and the extra grip is important to prevent slips and falls
- Hat/buff, gloves – recommended in colder weather
- Waterproof jacket – recommended
- Water and snacks if you think you need
