Frank Meehan was a giant of Cold War diplomacy, a wise, kind, and generous man. The world is the poorer at his passing. RIP Frank

Funeral on Thursday 19th May at St Joseph’s Church in Helensburgh, at 10am and afterwards to Cardrosss Cemetery.
