Police Scotland are hunting for a man who set a fire within a cathedral in Oban on Monday afternoon.
At around 5.15pm on September 25, a small blaze was lit within St Columba’s Cathedral on Corran Esplanade in Oban.
It was extinguished by members of the public who then contacted police.
No-one was injured as a result of the incident.
The suspect is described as between 30 and 35 years of age, around 5ft 10ins in height, bald and is missing a front tooth.
At the time, he was wearing a dark coloured jacket and jeans.
