Rhubard, rhubarb, rhubard … seasonal vegetables are in at Craigend Nursery overlooking the River Clyde at Cardross. Getting the children to eat up their vegetables should prove little or no problem if you serve up this colourful, nutricious scran. Ever tried taking a stalk of rhubard and dipping it in sugar? Sook it up. I don’t know about the sugar, but the rhubard could well be top of the list for your five a day.
