Gold medals are not reserved to Olympians. Scotland’s Lachie Stewart celebrates after winning Gold in the 10,000m at the Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh in 1970. Born in Vale of Leven, where he continues to live, Stewart is a member of the Scottish Sports Hall of Fame.
