West Dunbartonshire Libraries is at Dumbarton Library
We had a fantastic time at our #BookWeekScotland children’s writing workshop with author Lindsay Littleson yesterday. The young people involved showed so much enthusiasm, engagement and creative talent it blew us away!
We learned about some of the younger Titanic survivors and their experiences, before putting ourselves in their shoes and writing from their perspectives. Very much in keeping with this year’s Book Week Scotland theme of Hope. There was even some Titanic style life jacket modelling going on.
