Greetings NUJ Glasgow branch members, 

We hope you’ve been able to have an easy and gentle start to 2025 and the year ahead is filled with good health and nourishing times.

This month’s branch meeting will be a short affair – urgent business only – as we instead look to have something a little more jovial and social.

We will meet at The Press Bar (199 Albion St, Glasgow) on Thursday, 16th January 2025 from 18.30.

All NUJ members welcome, whether you’re in the Glasgow branch or not, for drinks, snacks and socialising!

There will be some money behind the bar for free drinks.

To gauge numbers for snacks, please let us know as soon as you can, if you plan to attend. 

A reminder will be circulated next week, along with proposed motions to STUC 2025. 

We look forward to seeing new and familiar faces next week!
