Roo’s Kitchen is hiring 
This doesn’t happen often as we have two solid teams in both shops who have been with us since the start! So now is your chance to join our coffee shop team 
Situated in the heart of Dumbarton East, just a short walk from the train station & bus stops. Parking is available with on street parking.
The first person we are looking for is a front of house position! Working hours is a Saturday only.10am-3pm! However there could be some extra shifts to pick up if people are on holiday.
•You must be used to working in a fast paced environment The weekends are our busiest time!
• You must have some experience on a coffee machine but training will be provided.
•You must be able to work as part of a small team.
•You must be great with customers & customer service.
THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE FROM THE END OF APRIL
Our second position available is a brunch chef.
For the last two years I have worked pretty much every weekend! However this is my busiest time with catering, dinner parties, bistro nights & exclusive use hires! And it’s all starting to take its toll.
• You MUST have a minimum of five years experience in kitchens and be completely up to date with all food hygiene etc.
•You have to be able to work at a fast pace. This is a very demanding position.
•You must manage your time and space well. It’s a small kitchen however there is always a kitchen porter working and you will have a kitchen assistant working with you.
•You must have a good positive attitude! It will be good if you have a good creative side as there is opportunity to have input on the menu changes as well as creating specials each weekend.
THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE FROM WHENEVER. I am in no rush to fill this position as I want to find the right member of staff and chef.
