Always wondered how many times the footballs end up in the River Leven.
Our aerial view captures Dumbarton Football Stadium right on the River Clyde, with the town, marina, and shipyards all coming into frame. A brilliant blend of football, history, and working waterfront – all wrapped in summer sunshine.
Captured by UAV360 – showing Scotland from above, one flight at a time.

Sons Supporters Trust
The Sonstrust would again like to thank everyone who contributed to the Save Our Sons campaign, helping to raise an incredible total of more than £130,000 and ensure that the club was able to make it through the remainder of the season.
It is no exaggeration to say that, without this remarkable amount being raised, there may well have been no Dumbarton Football Club to support in the new campaign – which is now just a few weeks away.
The GoFundMe was set up by Sonstrust director on the board of DFC, Cameron Watson, and Trust member Jo McBride on behalf of the group and our more than 250 strong membership – with £10,000 also donated by the Sons Supporters’ Trust.
Cameron explained: “All the money raised was transferred to administrators Quantuma as and when it came in, and used to pay players and footballing operating costs whilst the club was in administration. None of it went into settling debts or on professional service fees.
“On exiting administration we are determined to push ahead to ensure that fans are at the heart of the future of the club, and the Trust has already held constructive and positive talks with Mario Lapointe, with his takeover and an exit from administration on the horizon.
“We’re also delighted to see our fans and the wider community getting behind the Pass it On campaign, where anyone can donate a season ticket for a young supporter for just £30.
“The response to the GoFundMe was incredible, but so too has been the response from our fans to season tickets going on sale. And we are genuinely optimistic that the ambitious target of 800 could be met in the new season, having already made it half-way to that goal after just a week.”
Early bird season tickets are priced at £200 for adults, £120 for concessions, £30 for under-16s with under-5s going free. They are available at https://app.fanbaseclub.com/Fan/SeasonTickets/SelectType…
