We’re delighted to officially introduce you to our new Centre Manager… even though she’s already been here for weeks and making waves.

“Hi, my name is Amanda Black, and I am the new Centre Manager for the Phoenix. I joined the Phoenix on Monday, 28th April 2025, and am enjoying meeting everyone in the community and working with my new team.
I am a local resident of West Dunbartonshire and am very passionate about community development and providing our local community with opportunities that help to enhance their lives. I have worked in the community of West Dunbartonshire through Youth, Employability and community development work for nearly two decades and look forward to taking on this new and exciting opportunity within The Phoenix and the community of Dumbarton West.
