Contempt of court - 16 September 2025 (10am-12noon)
The right to a fair trial is enshrined in Scots, English and European law and has to be balanced with the public’s right to know and the requirement for justice to be seen to be done. Using actual examples, this 2 hour session will look in detail at contempt of court.
