In a bid to turn Rangers fortunes around Manager Russell Martin took to the Bonnie Banks for a team bonding session after their recent 2-0 defeat at home by Hearts.
The under pressure head coach, his staff and players all took part in the cold water dip and then paced to the top of Conic Hill above Balmaha. The unconventional move is seen as an attempt to reset the team’s morale after their worst league start in 47 years.
