A week short of his 80th birthday, Vale legend of the 60s/70s Donnie Wilson checking out some of the old pictures at Millburn Park in Alexandria along with his daughter Donna. Signing as a sixteen year old in 1963, Brucehill man Donnie formed a prolific striking partnership with the late Drew Busby. In his three spells at Vale, the ex Clydebank, Alloa Athletic and Stranraer striker made over 165 apps for the club scoring no fewer than 118 goals earning two Scottish junior international caps.
