Dumbarton library are once again helping West Dunbartonshire Community Foodshare make Christmas special for local families with our Giving Tree.
The ‘Giving Tree’ has pride of place in the library and contains gift tags with a child’s age and a suggestion for a specific and suitable gift. (This really helps if you’re out of practice buying for certain age ranges!) Simply select a tag, purchase a gift, and return the unwrapped item with the tag attached, to the donation box in the library. It’s a lovely and simple way to help all children and young people feel the magic of Christmas.
* We have been advised that there is a real need for gifts for those in the ‘forgotten age’ range of 15-18 years, so if you are unsure who you would like to buy for, we know these would be really appreciated.*
