To celebrate 6 years of Levengrove parkrun, we’d love you to bring food bank donations for West Dunbartonshire Community Foodshare to parkrun on Saturday 6th December.Suitable donations for local families in need include:

Rice dish sauces(curry, sweet & sour etc)

Tinned meat

Gravy, salt, stock cubes
Brown & tomato sauce

Cereals
Shower gel & soap
Shampoo
ToothpasteIf you can’t physically bring donations along on the day, please consider buying a gift for a teenager in need via the Gift List set up by the Foodshare team (see link in the comments) or send them a money donation instead.
