Amey South West Trunk RoadsAmey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking essential carriageway resurfacing works on the A898 and M898 at Erskine Bridge from Monday 2nd February until Friday 6th February 2026.
This work will require a TOTAL CLOSURE of the A898 Erskine Bridge southbound carriageway and M898 southbound carriageway between 8pm and 6am, each night.
️ Signed diversion routes will be in place via the A82 Great Western Road, A739 Crow Road, Clyde Tunnel, A814 Clydeside Expressway, and M8 for motorway traffic.
Additional woodland management works will also take place at various times from Monday 26th January 2026, full details of closures can be found on our website.
