We have carried out a Dementia Friendly Environment Assessment in Ward 4 West. The assessment brought together different perspectives, including lived experience, Alzheimer Scotland, and our nursing team, to look at how the ward supports people living with dementia. This collaborative approach is vital in shaping spaces that meet the needs of people living with dementia, reinforcing our commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
