Therapy Pony Visit
Residents and staff thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful visit from therapy ponies Flicker and Wilson today. The ponies brought lots of smiles, laughter, and conversation throughout the home, creating a calm and uplifting atmosphere for everyone involved. Residents had the opportunity to interact with, stroke, and spend time with the pony, which sparked happy memories and encouraged social engagement. The ponies were able to interact with residents in lounges and communal areas, as well as from the comfort of their own bedrooms, which ensured everyone had a chance for some time with them. It was a truly special experience that was enjoyed by all, and we would like to thank Therapy Ponies Scotland for bringing so much joy to our home.
