National and local Scotch whisky distillers will be taking part in the Lomond and Clyde Whisky Festival, which will be returning to the Helensburgh and Lomond Civic Centre on Saturday, September 5.
Organisers say the festival is even bigger this year with more exhibitors, including retail partner Royal Mile Whiskies bringing the best bottles for people to try.
Tickets are now on sale, and festival-goers are promised a free Glen Cairn Crystal glass with each sale, a bottle of water and a festival programme.The festival will run over two dedicated sessions: the first in the afternoon from 12 pm to 3.30 pm, and the second in the evening from 4.30 pm until 8 pm.
The three-and-a-half-hour session provides plenty of time to sample a range of whiskies and chat with exhibitors. Guests can also expect a wide variety of artisan food and drink options available for purchase throughout the day.
A whisky raffle will also offer attendees the chance to win prizes, while the on-site retail shop, will stick bottles of many of the drams available during the event.

“With some of the brands attending the festival for the first time and some having attended every event, these tables might be amongst your favourites to visit.
