Around 240 dogs from across Scotland took the plunge at Gourock Outdoor Swimming Pool, including some from Helensburgh and Rhu, for the big splash.
The popular event marks the final day of the season before the pool is drained and cleaned for the winter.
Cathy Murray made the trip from Dumbarton to give her pup, Guinness, his very first doggy dip. She said: “It’s absolutely fabulous; he has had a ball, he’s loved it.”
The pool facilities manager, Mark McFarlane, was thrilled with the turnout, adding: “Across the day, we had six sessions, and they all completely sold out. We’ve all had a great time!”Â
