Mary’s Meals invite you once again to our fabulous Glasgow Christmas Market!

Dear readers of The Dumbarton Democrat,

What’s your favourite thing about this time of year?

For many of us it’s the approach of Christmas, with all of its cheer and festivity. So, we are very excited to invite you once again to our fabulous Glasgow Christmas Market!

Taking place on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November at Trades Hall of Glasgow, this year’s market is set to be our biggest yet. We can’t wait to welcome you to what will be an incredible festive weekend.

Something for everyone

Our Christmas Market features a selection of fantastic gifts from small businesses around Scotland, making it the perfect opportunity to get a head start on your Christmas shopping.

And it’s more than just a market … there’s plenty to enjoy, including Christmas films and crafts for children, our special Mary’s Meals café serving tea, coffee and hot chocolate, and lots of wonderful opportunities to connect with other supporters.

Every purchase, raffle ticket and donation from this event will help Mary’s Meals provide life-changing school meals to children living in some of the world’s poorest communities. It’s a great way to kick off the festive season with some kindness.

Please feel free to bring your friends and family, the more the merrier. We can’t wait to see you there!

Could you lend a hand on the day?

We’re always looking for ways to make our Christmas Market the best experience possible, and so we’re on the lookout for some volunteers to help us across the weekend.

If you think you could help, please do get in touch with us at info@marysmeals.org.

P.S. We’re hosting a screening of our new film, Lettie, in Glasgow tonight, Thursday, 29 October. Tickets are free and available here – we would love to see you there!
