BBC Professional Master Chef winner and City of Glasgow College Chef Lecturer, Gary Maclean, led the panel of expert judges from the Royal Navy, The City of Glasgow College, and the Gleneagles Hotel, who assessed every aspect of the cooking, presentation and serving of the meals.
