Police investigating a number of incendiary devices sent via the post to locations in London and Glasgow earlier this year are appealing for anyone who may have information about the origins of the devices, or who handled them, to come forward and help them with their inquiries.

The Society of Editors has warned of severe consequences if plans to restrict young people’s access to news websites go ahead.
