Saltire in the sky – Classic gasthaus hoves into view at the end of a long walk through a pristine pine forest at Leadner Alm in Halfling, Italy. Local wine, wiener schnitzel and kaiserschmarren are mainstays of the menu. Absolutely delicious. Still way more calories in than out I fear.
