WEST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL – Creative Learning – Please note that Dumbarton Library will be closing to the public for two days on Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th March as part of the West Dunbartonshire Council’s Libraries re-brand project. Dumbarton will be the seventh library in West Dunbartonshire to get the much needed face-lift. Balloch, Dalmuir, Duntocher, Parkhall, Faifley and Alexandria have already been completed, with only Clydebank still to be revamped.
