A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted murder in Dalmuir.
The incident happened around 1.45am on Thursday, 29 October in the Ottawa Crescent area. A 22-year-old man was found near the central reservation on the A814, Dumbarton Road, with a serious chest injury.
Detective Chief Inspector Ogilvie Ross said: “We would like to thank the local community for helping us with our investigation and providing information.”
The 25-year-old will appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court today (Wednesday 4 November 2020).
