JJ Chalmers and his dance partner Amy Dowden – the people of West Dunbartonshire have been flooding the telephone lines to support them in Strictly Come Dancing. The couple will know tonight (Sunday) if they’ll be back again next week for another round of the hugely popular dance spectacular. Last week, the Renton minister’s son, who was in the Royal Marines, and his Welsh dance partner, were first on the floor for a spectacular on West End musicals. Their dance was from Chitty, Chitty, Bang Bang. Their points total of 20 from the judges placed them at the bottom of the poll. That can be rectified over the weekend however if you vote for them.
