Since July, We’ve recorded 102,815 customers through our doors and have had not one single recorded case through Track & Trace.
We have put in place:
– Rigorous hygiene sanitising procedures
– Staff Training
– Reduced capacity & staffing levels to meet Social Distancing guidelines
– Venue deep cleans & industrial sanitation
– Refusal of entry without Masks

We have done everything we have been asked & more, spent thousands of pounds on new systems & equipment. We have successfully protected our staff & customers. Yet Hospitality is still the problem?
Is it the schools, or the inter household mixing, or the opening of all retail shops?
Transmission of the virus is not by magic. It’s contracted through proximity to someone else who has the virus. Separation, keeping away from people, washing and sanitising hands etc stops transmission.
Closing borders, and enforcing quarantine, as they have done in Western Australia has prevented outbreaks. But we don’t do that. In fact, we have a naval base on our doorstep where infection has now affected some 40% of police, guards, and service personnel (many of whom and their families who travelled to and from their home residences down south for leave)
Neither did we close Scottish border but we did fine people travelling between WDC and A and B.
Yes transmission is no magic. But what is magic is where the fabled UK save the planet vaccine has disappeared too. With very few doses having been administered in Scotland, and with recipients having been told they won’t be getting their follow up jab for twelve weeks, it seems now, that like PPE before it, Boris and the boys can’t come up with goods as there’s a vaccine shortage – a global shortage of course, and not a Great British shortage.
Ah well, at least yesterday the RN deployed four gun boats into the English Channel to send a message to the French. And maybe next, they’ll deal lot them into the Celtic sea to show Murphy who’s who.
Sleep well tonight now knowing the British Navy are out patrolling the channels keeping us safe while Rome burns.
