Even at the Pit Stop folk were clapping and cheering and saying well done and you can do it. Same cheering continued in the streets. So thank you to the people of Dumbarton for making a difference. By the time you have reached Dumbarton from Glasgow Green, the cheering and happy noises are most welcome. So thank you to everyone.You made a difference.
Team Rays of Hope,you were all awesome and raising an amazing amount for a great charity.
I would also like to highlight Jennifer Muirhead who has worked tirelessly to get us fit to do the walk. Not only does she encourage us in excercise but she makes a difference far beyond that & raises our belief in ourselves. She is an absolute diamond of a person. I’m so glad Jennifer came into my life. My life has improved far beyond my expectations because of Jennifer.
I would also like to thank the other member of the management team at Rays of Hope, who work so hard in the background to make days like today possible, Linda O’Malley
Without the management team of Linda & Jen there would be no Rays of Hope. They are the glue that keeps us together.
