Near perfect parkrun conditions this morning as 166 park runners ran, jogged or walked round an immaculate Levengrove Park. Anna led a busy first timers briefing with visitors joining us from Birmingham, Portsmouth, Devon, Inverurie and Larne, County Antrim.
Amongst the first timers were runners from Slater Hogg and Howison – Helensburgh, who were raising money for local charity CHAS.
There was one unofficial milestone for Jacqui McGuckin completing her 150th parkrun. Jacqui was joined by friends and family, some who had travelled all the way from Ireland this morning to join the celebration. Thank you for providing the finish line cake – always very well received!
