So, let me name drop….when I was at Balmoral at the beginning of September (preaching in Crathie Church) the King invited me to be part of the delegation going to Rome to meet with the Pope. The last couple of days have been surreal. An incredible honour, a peek behind the scenes of a state visit, and hopefully a step forward for church unity.
