SNP will use a majority in election to immediately demand another independence referendum

Scottish Conservative deputy leader Rachael Hamilton, pictured above, said today:
“Stephen Flynn made it crystal clear that the SNP will use a majority in Thursday’s election to immediately demand another independence referendum.
“The nationalists are emboldened by seeing such a weak Prime Minister in Downing Street in the shape of Sir Keir Starmer who they believe will cave into their demands.
“With Labour’s litany of U-turns in the last two years there is every danger that Starmer grants John Swinney his number one wish.
“But pro-UK voters can stop an SNP majority by uniting behind the Scottish Conservatives on their peach ballot paper to avoid five more years of constitutional chaos.
“Peach votes for the Scottish Conservatives stopped an SNP majority in 2016 and 2021, and they can do so again.”
